Our hydrostatic pressure test facility has a capability up to 30,000 psi or 2,000 bar.

Pirtek offers you the service for all your hose assemblies to be individually hydrostatic-pressure tested. Unless otherwise specified, individual hose assembly will be pressure tested to 1.5x the rated working pressure of the hose for 30 seconds, and each tested assembly will be supported with a Pirtek In-house Certificate.
